Definitely the best Mazda repair shop in Cleveland! Chris in service does an amazing job listening to your concerns and makes sure that he takes care of his customers!

Bought a mazda 3 from this dealership a year ago. It had a 36k mile warranty. My turn signal went out. My husband changed it twice, still didn't work. I took it to the dealership. They said some critter got in there and chewed threw a couple of wires and that it would be $1100 plus labor to fix. I've come to read on the Internet that these wires and harnesses are covered in peanut oil and are attracting visitors. Mazda is well aware of this but refuses to cover repairs under their warranty. This car has 10k miles on it. DO NOT BUY A MAZDA. They even charged a service fee for this because it wasn't their doing. I wouldve agreed except there are lawsuits forming all over the place about this issue and then you don't cover on a bumper to bumper warranty. Do your research before buying a car here or a mazda period, people have been having repeated problems and they will not cover it. Disgusted and will never buy another mazda!

I could not have been more disappointed with my service at this dealership. While Christopher and Rosalee were extremely kind, I was asked to pay for things that should've been covered under warranty, and told that I needed to replace things that were perfectly fine. This type of service is what causes distrust in the auto industry among consumers.

Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, fun, no pressure, and pet-friendly. My salesperson, John James and his GM Bob are quite impressive. Overall; the staff and dealership has great energy and a lot of cars to choose from. I love my car. GO MAZDA!
