Most of the reviews are older, Sadly the best managers have left and now the place is just not up to par at all. I rent regular am a VIP gold member and cant get any type of appropriate customer service. The last rentals no one to pick me up , no cars , cars dirty. In fact the new manager Kathy gave me nothing but excuses and laughed at my frustration and basically blamed me that their was no one to pick me up stating I should call to make sure... HUH I thought that was your job. I just cancelled the reservation. However , Jim did call me back and try to work it out. But way to late. Kathy is a horrendous manager lacking quality customer service skills. Shame on you enterprise replacing excellent leadership for deplorable management.

I have visited this location at least 4 times since moving in the vicinity...NEVER have I had a problem...Excellent customer service each and every visit! Not to mention knowledgeable/friendly staff AND management. Quick service was icing on the cake! THANK YOU KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
Friendly, attentive staff. The Assistant Manager helped familiarize my Mother with her rental, adjusted her seat, and was very professional.
Fast service. The car that picked us up in was dirty. We did get a cleaned car. Nice staff.
