Excellent service. Customers are remembered and treated well. Free soda and coffee while you wait. Very clean, spacious, and well maintained store. I am a single woman and mother that knows nothing about cars, this business has NEVER recommended any unnecessary services and they keep customers informed as they go. Work is always discussed with customers and they never put any pressure on about services. They have always had the work done within the time they have quoted me. The technicians answer questions honestly and with excellent knowledge of their skill. I recommend this business and especially this location! Thanks Conrad's!
Service was great and I bought 4 tires at a very good price.
Great costumer service but stick to tires, oil changes, rotations, etc, and stay away from major repairs. I dropped off my car for oil and rotation and to check noises from the front end while braking. I got a call giving me a quote for front rotors and brakes, brake line fluid, and air cabin filters for $565. After getting the front brakes and rotors the sounds came back. I returned to 2 weeks later to get my car looked at again. The service people could not hear the sounds. I drove with a mechanic and also could not repeat the sound which is and continues to do that sound other than that moment....but if that sound was never heard by the mechanics in the first place....then why/how did my rotors and breaks need replaced anyways!!! Just saying. The brakes had 65% left in May, but I figured the rotors were the fix for the front end sound.. Keep to the basics and they'll do the job. Go to your trusted service station for anything else.
Came in to get my transmission looked at here. After a 45 minutes they came back with $5,000 worth of repairs. One being my front breaks which had been replaced the prior week, my exhaust was "completely rotted". When I just had exhaust work done a month ago, serpentine belt which is less than 6 months old. The kicker being that all that was wrong with my transmission was it being out of fluid..will never return here nor recommend people here. These people are just incompetent at best.
Only place I get my oil changed... the guys are very helpful & I never feel like they take advantage cuz I'm a woman
