Very nice people that work for mercy are very efficient And understand how you feel. But at times we all have a little attitude when we are tired or short staffed. Other than that that's dumb ☝ thanks

Doctors just rush you in and out. Had a surgery recently and was told to see my normal physician for follow up. When I seen him he ddint look at my incision and told me he was not going to give me care or advise on a surgeonside work. I called to ask a question. About my stiches falling off and was told to call my follow up doctor, which I why I called them. So the MA went on further to tell me that I should just Google it. Very professional.
