This is the letter I sent to Progressive insurance.
In response, I received another form of payment plus $ 10.00 penalty for late payment.
If you do mot agree please give me money back and cancellation insurance.
So do not send me another form of payment,I paid for entirely insurance for 6 months.
I can not believe a company as big to use the tricks of this kind.
I think you andertoond my dissatisfaction.
I agree to check my history at the California D.M.V.
They helped me to get the lowest costing insurance and the staff is very friendly

Do not agree under any circumstances to change the price of $ 233.00 to $396.00 is not rigt after I paid in full and you signed the contract.
Had been with them for years prior to receiving calls out of the blue with an unsolicited offer to save on home and auto. Before it was said and done we got switched to a different insurance company, which we did not want to do. 30,000 less coverage on house and its cost me more money. Temporarily screwed up my escrow on mortgage account. Very shady. I would not recommend them going forward.
