Just went across town because the tbell near me often messes up our order. Ordered a crispy chicken quesadilla and various other items.
I not a big fan of this taco Bell they can't treat people with respect I only been there 6 times and 4 of the times I had a problem one was I ordered a couple of grillers and they were not grilled just wrapped then a month later I went back and tryed to order food and the lady rush me and said okay pull around and I said I'm not done yet and nothing was said so I pulled around and I told her I was done and I told you before I pulled up to the window and the manager said maybe u should speak up and there's no ordering at the window than the lady said how much I owe and I told her I'm not done so I left and went to the one on Cleveland Street and than the 3erd time I lost my appetite cuz the taco didn't have much in it and tonight I went up the again and I ask the guy if they had Rock Candy for the rock candy slushy and he said yes so I ordered one and he hand's it to me with no rock candy in it so he lied about having it never going there again
Food was very fast and lady was very nice that took my order an older woman. No Dr . pepper though my mom really wanted some lol. And I also had a 4 year old with me had no problem very calm area.
Horrible food and hateful and lazy employees. Don't waste your time going there. Manager is inept and could care less.
The soft taco was cold. The crispy chicken pieces were hard, not burnt. When we called, your lazy associate (who confirmed he was "working the grill") said there was no way the chicken was hard and offered a replacement if I brought back my receipt as if I'd lie about chicken. This was such a pathetic attempt at customer service and all I wanted was a refund. Taco Bell should invest in better associates and people who actually cook right....
Never again! Had to go back twice! We ordered 4 sausage soft tacos, got charged for the cheese@ $.30 a taco, why?? It comes with cheese!! The "sausage" was runny and had "sauce" on it. It doesn't come with sauce!! After the 2nd time of going back in. I was told "the "sausage" was greasier than normal". Then he just walked away! If anyone in my family gets sick, there's going to be a problem!
