I love this place very welcoming family owned prices are very fair tho I bought three dozen gubbies and two dozen ghost shrimp charged 10 dollars when I'm a regular customer and I feel maybe he just had made a mistake
My fiance has been there three times and will not stop talking about it. He loves the place. They have alot of different types of fish fresh and salt like sharks..real sharks. Everything there is greatly priced and very well taken care of. He told me that all three of the times he has been there the workers are cleaning the cages, doing water changes. I don't understand why people hate on this great place. I highly recommend this pet/supplies store.
Just bought a dog from here a about a week ago and was told the dog was recently returned because of her being "the wrong gender". Not really thinking of it looked past it because of how good the dog appeared to be. Now after having the dog I believe this was a lie we were told the dog had some previous training. The dog gets taken out very frequently knowing she is a puppy we know she requires extra attention and after going outside to the bathroom comes in the house and goes on the floor soon after. We have tried using a kennel to help train her she will hold everything in when she is In the kennel then goes on the floor as soon as she gets the chance and nothing has been working she gets let out and goes on the floor when she comes in. With having a new place this is getting very frustrating when explaining to the owner he appeared careless and told us to make appointment she probably has worms and it's our problem giving advice to use kennel like we have already been doing. Now I am feeling lied to when you sell a dog you know what the gender is that was a lie and you still took her back and I am asking to bring her back after barely a week because she is destroying our house and we have children and appears to need a lot more attention then what was discussed. She needs someone who will be able to give it to her we were under the impression she was previously potty trained so only some accidents with adjusting should occur which was expected not constantly even after toileting outside this is an all day everyday issue that we were not expecting. I will never come back to this store. The staff appears nice and helpful until they have your money then your on your own. I have owned dogs in the past and this has never been such an issue. Wishing I would've read these reviews before coming to this store!
First off, this is a real PET STORE. Not just a dog and cat place. Secondly, customer service was excellent. I needed a decent sized variety order of mice and rats and the girl there was very patient, helpful, and fast. And third, they had everything i needed in stock and reasonably priced. I will use this as my go to store from now on. A+++
I went to see if they had axolotls. They have a small selection, but they have small rocks in the tank. This is really bad for them as they will eat them and have problems digesting them. I wouldnt buy any axolotls from here, but they do have a really good selection and the staff seemed really nice and helpful.
