Sadly spent over $20 on food that wasn't worth $10. Got 3 bowls. All the bowls could have fit into 1. The employees need to work on job performance and customer care. Food is very bland here. Got 1 veggie bowl and was charged for meat. Huh. How's that work.....? Let me say we will go to Amherst from now on. You'd think with 10 employees working that at least one of them would have a clue. Smh sadly won't be returning to Elyria's ever again.
My son loves this place, but the food could use ore flavor if you ask me. I will say that they are great at catering events.
This Chipotle was excellent!! Fast and friendly service. Everyone was so helpful and courtesy. We’re a band on tour and chipotle has helped us in the past multiple times. This establishment was happy to extend that offer of helping hands. Thank you so much chipotle!!
The customer service was amazing! We got our food very quickly and everything was so fresh. This will be the only chipotle i go to in this area! :)
